    It has been "carte blanche for rec use" for decades. I don't myself. Did you guess the number in Australia is higher?

    The war on drugs was lost 50 or perhaps thousands of years ago. Your horror story of sexual assault is not relevant to the issue. I fully agree we should listen and evaluate Medical and other uses of Cannabinoids and also evaluate the so called war on drugs.
