Nice one, Harvest don't seem to muck around, very proactive. Also noticed they have confirmed they will be refunding the operational costs to MMJ. Should be a decent cash boost along with the other payments on the way.
•WON to undertake concurrent equity financing of $15M ($2M of which will be paid to MMJ as partial consideration. MMJ will also be reimbursed for cost associated with UG and SAT from Oct1, 2016 until the closing of the transaction.)
