    As per their website:

    MMJ and Harvest One have received significant support from the Canadian investment community to date, with a CAD$25 million placement (33,334,000 Subscription Receipts at a price of C$0.75) completed in February 2017. Funds received from the placement will be used to finalise the transaction with the resulting issuer Harvest One Cannabis expected to commence trading during Q2 2017.

    Commence Trading during Q2 2017 - that could be anytime between april and june ..

    Hope they are going to delay it further
