The agreement will end if not finalised by 28 April, I think 5pm.
The sales of the satipharm pills was not meeting the requirement so negotiations were happening.
I don't want to comment too much on the recent auditors comments as I really would like to view the doc again but I was a little concerned

It was the final comments from the auditors with 3 initials got there name
