The link you have provided refers to ESE, already listed and not strictly a cannabis company. They reverse engineer plants to recreate the terpenes that are lost once they are processed.
I think you are referring to THC (The Hydroponics Co) who are looking at listing in early May (possibly the 4th of 5th). They look like they could be worth a punt with revenues already, not strictly a competitor for MMJ as we are very Canada-centric.
