Hey PH,
Page 72 of the filing statement states the the directors (AG, PW, JB) will have Nil holdings at completion of the transaction. In drawing up their executive packages, however, they may elect compensation as share based awards, or as options based awards as stated on Page 76.
In terms of holdings in MMJ as direct, indirect or options, each of the key directors has the following, respectively, to my knowledge:
AG 0, 6563914, 0
PW 0, 4100000, 0
JB 1026522, 0, 1500000
