IMO, Greenfund's analysis and subsequent valuation is better thought out with rationale than anyone's posting here on HC.
We seem to be big on opinion but short on facts and/or rationale.
Rather than summarily dismiss it ( any mug can do that) then why not take it element by element and you put in your figures and rationale
so that we can compare/contrast the two. That's fair and logical..eh?
In past posts I have endeavoured to provide some rationale to back up "IMO"
