SP should hit 9 cents given it touched this under 3 months ago driven by anticipation of exactly what is about to occur; Cbd% yeild and $ales.
perhaps the August high was inflated, but had sellers not got the jitters with a few fake news attempts... our SP should be at least 2 cents higher. Then an eg 20% rise this coming week to bring us back to and beyond the 9 cent mark.
this would be normal, lets see if normal returns.
