    Thats why the swather is there, if it were bagged directly from the combined harvester then the swather( windrower) would not be neccessary, IMO.
    (see photo in the Compliance Ann.)

    The windrower is used for periodic turning/tedding the drying biomass, like hay harvesting, IMO.

    This is an industrial scale project; not a cottage industry like some of the small farms.
