IMO, 7% to 8% CBD biomass is not a goer at the moment because processors can cut 50/50 processing for high grade CBD biomass.
I have been in contact with one who only expressed interest in tolling hig %age CBD 50/50 deals:

Take a 50/50 tolling deal at say 14% CBD
50% or 7% CBD goes to the toll processor and 7% CBD to the farmer ( why should such a processor buy 7%CBD to 8%CBD when in essence
he is getting 7% for free in the toll deal?
Recent benchmark prices gave $1200 to $800 USD/kg (low end of $364 USD/lb) for crude CBD oil
With this deal the farmer would get the equivalent of 7% CBD or 14.3 lbs biomass for 1 Lb of CBD oil.worth $364 USD
This pans out at the equivalent of $25.45 USD/lb biomass or $1.82 USD/point CBD which is in line with Oct 2019 Benchmarks
NB: Crude CBD oil is the lowest price product; DL's distillate & Isolate is worth 3 times that.
