    PS: The November benchmark pricing will be out in a week or so, IMO.

    Most Auctioneers will tell you that timing ,product, place & promotions are neccessary
    for a successful auction and that on occassion even when these conditions are met
    there can be failures.( one swallow doesn't make a summer)
