Gerry could be considered shrewd or or just honest talking things down in the open forum, but the pain is only just hitting home in retail land and regardless of the questionable sales report released on the 2nd.............trade, according to a lot of the franchisees is dead, so I don't know how they arrived at the growth figures they reported year on year?
Hope the property portfolio holds it's price, or this could be going down quicker than advantageous secretary.
