Gerry Harvey has a history of crying poor when he doesnt like the market conditions then taking advantage when things are going well.

Who remembers the sookfest when he went crying to the government and public about online shopping in the mid-late 00's when he didn't want to adapt? This was after decades of having an almost monopolous grip on the country and fleecing us for as much cash as possible due to little alternative. Now things are going well he doesn't want to help out.
