sydtrader. totally agree with you, been saying it for ages, this company is a dinosaur run by a pair of arrogant people who think they have all teh answers. the people under them are too scared to voice any counter opinion as they will be cut out.
the property portfolio you tlak of is still over valued to, there has not been any write downs on the properties to my knowledge, yet the properties they have are retail space and when retaiing slips further into decline, the tennants dry up and the roperty prices already overvalued will become less and less valuable....
a take over of this company couldnt come soon enough in my opinion.
the longer it continues to wallow, the more the SP will decline and any takeover then would be even less than an offer now.
