BEWARE: just read the terms of this CR (eg. they clearly state the $750k is 'first come first served' - what is it : a rat race or what ... ) ... this is cowboys work. I am shocked.

Also : raising ~ $1.2mln (750k got 'upgraded' to 1.2m as you know) for a new memory chip dev ? This is a joke - all that money will go for directors payments etc - you can not develop anything nowadays in hi-tech for $1m ! Get real. So lucky you who got some shares at 3c - just watch the stock so that you would not loose all your profits if the SP starts falling down.
