Thank you for this information from Germany. I totally agree to this article. Okay there are some disadvantages in the past regarding an enormous change in Net Present Value and IRR but on the other hand there is a A$200m debt financing by German KfW (Kreditanstalt fuer Wiederaufbau) with low interest rate (competitive to YARE loan by Lynas) and an outstanding request A$100m loan by NAIF (internal problems of that organization imo delay the final decision). I follow all the Australian Rare Earth Projects, May be others look much much better from a certain prospective, but this project is smaller and from a risk management approach it is more valid than the others. This is Nick Earners problem with Dubbo. And Arafura's activities seem more related to raise additional equity to feed the manager's pockets. So imo everything is in favor for Hastings.
