    I like your sentiments. Democracy is freedom no less. But, we must always question the legitimacy of leadership when it seeks to tamper with the democratic institutions that they must obey. In the US, that is now clear just as it has been in Oz but to a lesser degree (but not in all respects). Rightwing governments are now routinely tampering with the institutions that are intended to hold them to account. If the left did it, I would feel just the same.

    It still looks to me like the Trump camp is willing to push for the STEAL. If they can get it to the Supreme Court all is possible as they have placed partisan candidates. Take a look at Trump's recent retweet (next post), does that look like a respect for democracy. They will rip the country apart.
