You can have your opinion on when you think milestones will be achieved. They are only an opinion though.

Only the BoD know the status of where negotiations are at on key milestones......and they won’t update the market until they are at a position of certainty.

They will not provide progress reports on these negotiations as it will compromise their competitive position in the negotiations.

Milestones will only become final when they are concluded and announced........all you are doing is thinking out aloud of what you hope might happen and that likely has no correlation whatsoever on what will happen.

Offtake Agreements and Funding Deal could be announced today, tomorrow, next week or in 2 months or indeed 2 years.

Great deals will be signed when they are Great Deals for the company......and the companies bargaining position in those negotiations increases every day closer to 2023.

If you are still desperate for an update though.......call or email Nigel.....explain you are a non holding Technical Trader looking for an entry at 6.4c and you want to flip 5% in a week or so of entry. Let us know what he tells you so we all get the update....thanks

examples include delay in mining permit, delay in appointing new chair and one who is not leading negotiations (rather Nigel is), deals with huayou who chose not to exercise options and forfeited their board seat, arrangements with the ninja and conflicting messages given to the market, asx please explains, the $40-50M USD strategic investment spruiked in Feb 2018 that never happened, the 3 MOUs that have borne nothing for AVZ, late draining and drilling of the pit to enhance project economics, options to acquire 15% should’ve been done and fully paid for much earlier... and more

people on here need a reality check

when Nigel says there’s no agreement even with Yinbin right now I get very worried and others should be too. No offtake, no finance, no mining permit application even lodged, and 15% to come from project finance if and when the company gets it and in time
