I reported this maybe a week ago. I can't find the Post - too long ago - but referred to the URL below (dated 02/21/2016).
Personally, I'm a little skeptical of the "finality"of such crosses and the possibility of false signals, but I'd certainly rather have one than not. Especially if its an EMA.
