Yes, there is the old anecdote of old Joe Kennedy, whose shoe shine boy was giving him stock tips....then he knew it was time to get the hell out of the market.
I have my own personal story, but I've already told it.....won't repeat (ex-wife's sister asking for my holdings, after learning I'd made a million dollars in what was for me, a tech boom (that's what I was into...all stocks were rising, NYSE too)...she knew Shiite about stocks....the market crashed a few weeks later so, I just re-told it after saying I wouldn't. I'll probably be Moderated for saying the same old Shiite over and over. It's happened.....

This is real -life! Obviously I should have recalled old Joe Kennedy - who couldn't have been that old since he was Roosevelt's first Chairman of the newly created SEC (1933) - "the fox guarding the hen house".....
