I agree with you guys. This stock is valued correctly by the market (around 9.5x to 10x ish P/E), which is value. Balance sheet is almost pristine after the insto. and SPP placements.

Very good balance sheet. Share price has stalled due to the SPP selling. Addded to that, they may need to convert some of their project pipeline into contract wins within the next 3 months.

My best guess is this is a hold. Wait for contract conversions and sell into the rallies? (My opinion) Keep some for the long haul. Good solid company.
