There is some real speculation that the new "strategic Investor" who took part in this cap raise is Roman Abramovitch.

It all fits well with his visit to Chinchilla last month and the recent buying activity.

I know it's going to be hard to take out eyes off the market for a while, but I wouldn't mind some help researching this a little further if anyone has the time....
