If the lenders are to get 98.5% of the company for $795 million. My schoolboy maths tells me that they value the company at $807 million. Now 1.5% of $807 million = $12.1 million. So, the existing shares = 88.5 million equates to 13.6 cents / share. Are my sums correct. I bailed on this.
