The SPP documents stat that the maximum to be raised is $750 Mil. If all the eligible shareholders where to send in their checks for $15,000. There would have to be more than 5,000 (75,000,000 / 15,000 ) eligible shareholders.
Are there more than 5,000 eligible shareholders? I'd guess so
Is it likely that all SHer's would apply for their full $15,000? At the current price you'd be silly not to..
