Everything you said is spot on. I think that the RISC Rept and JV update is actually Sept. (Now!).
One thing that is a bit surprising coming from you though, "(although I have a bad feeling in my waters)".
I talked to a broker friend of mine and he said that all he knows currently is that WPL seem to be now very
cautious when talking about Senegal. BP as we all know is positive about the PE. I myself think that the longer there is no news, the more it must be swinging to FAR's favor.
