Not trying to be contrary, but surely even as you say "IMO probably the longer it goes on the more likely WPL are feeling confident of a result in their favour as the only way of guaranteeing it is to make deal with, or a takeover of FAR" that is a win for FAR. I mean what has FAR put down as a stake? $1 mil. You can bet that even a settlement deal would be say what 100 200 mil?
I guess we'll have to wait.
