Absolutely KKW, any deal made with COP/ WPL that gives us something pre the arbitration determination is a win for FAR, obviously the more the better but if it continues on to a decision from the arbitrator it is still a lottery...I wouldn't even try to guess what amount a settlement would bring should that happen, in my experience deals turn out to be less than most imagine and often completely different...
If COP/ WPL did blink it would put FAR in a bit of an interesting spot...I'm not expecting a settlement, it would be an admission of a weak case and the EGO's of most CEO's are not equiped with the ability to eat humble pie or Crow....
