Presumably COP may think they gave FAR enough information as required by them.
FAR asked for more and may not be entitled to any more.
Forgetting about any other issues, it's very bad practice to assume which one part says in any dispute is the actual facts to be considered. And I am a holder of FAR like you. If that was the case COP would come to party or at least the JV would be much more tightly aligned or mediation would be at play well before now.
I would concede that there COULD or may be other tactics at play separate from arbitration to put more pressure on FAR. I like OOO am not buzzing with much confidence. I just hope FAR has the funds to work through any issues which may be coincidentally favourable to a JV who would like to see FAR go away. If indeed there is any motive, bit one things for sure in my mind the JV partners will not show much sympathy or support for FAR if we hit any hurdles like development delays etc.
