Mike don't you think you're a bit premature. For starters the arbitration court needs to accept the case of Far. They could in fact reject it without FAR's case being heard. In many respects for all the banter about poor journalism, you should consider perhaps your own presumptions here before arbitration representatives accept that the case has reasonable grounds for hearing.
TBH I am a holder and would be delighted if you were the person you accept cases.
To be clear FAR are still in application stage. All imho.
