Squire FAR claims they have not been allowed the right to consider PE and will have taken legal advice before the push to arbitration.
If FAR's claim was weak why waste time and effort only to end up with egg on the face, I still have concerns as many have but reserve the right to remain positive.
Too many doom and gloom merchants on this forum so let's not get too despondent.
