Turn it up Mike. I'm not disputing FAR don't think they have a case or indeed want a positive outcome for them by having some offer from COP or WPL even if the case doesn't proceed.
However their case hasn't been accepted.
Just because FAR's legal team believe they have a case we do also know COP and WPL believe otherwise. There is a word in the English language which is dispute. Ever heard of it?
