Lastly whilst we know what WPL think we also know what FAR mgmu think about DJ and where the SNE jusiducial system differed.
I'm just throwing that out there Mike, not in terms of the matters contained in the case, nor the opinion I may hold, or whether DJ is important/unimportant to FAR. The fact is FAR have an opinion and legal advice and thus far it has not stood up as any defence or legal standing. So what makes us think arbitration will be any different????? Not even looking for an opinion but one would thing DJ would be one FAR would get right. Silence is never golden in these matters imho. O
