FAR informed ASX on 20th June they would be pursuing arbitration. It is now coming up to mid Oct, that's almost 4months later.
Some posters seem to be talking about a perpetual 12month period that never ends, but as far as I'm aware we're 30% into it?
However, not sure when to expect any updates from the slick FAR communications and PR team.
