WPL will be cautious when talking about Senegal simply because it's in arbitration and therefore sub judice.. no news just means no news, as one would expect with a process that will take up to 12 months...their respective cases will eventually be presented and a decision made...IMO probably the longer it goes on the more likely WPL are feeling confident of a result in their favour as the only way of guaranteeing it is to make deal with, or a takeover of FAR , that also guarantees a result for FAR as well but to date nothing has transpired.

Basically it all means nothing anyway, we will either get something out of the Arbitration process or we won't, regardless of how long it takes , what we are feeling in our waters won't play a part in it....I prefer dissecting Goat entails myself when looking for clues , they have proved much more accurate but I'm seeing nothing other than a pissed off Goat..
