    yes I have read it - many times and cannot find all that much in it to rave about. We already know most of the inforamtion from the HOA announcement. Extra stuff such as:

    Reference to Corridor Sands
    World License
    Lisense fee on sales

    are predicatable and have been discussed

    Sorry time is still required to cook this cake. A medium to longterm play no doubt.
