a. i don.t recall a world licence being mentioned prior to this ann
b. i was under the impression that south africa 4 bhp was to be an exclusive licence-may have just my imagination- but i don' see where bhp have put any exclusivity into the contract.

hence it appears to me that apg are still able to deal with any company regarding all technologies.

with newsteel to report this month should set a solid base around 16/17c imho
