Has anyone considered the CGT implications of all three scenarios?

    There are three scenarios I can think of.

    1. Take the offer and sell
    2. A majority No vote occurs
    3. A yes vote occurs and continue to have holdings in UPD

    From a CGT prospective has anyone considered their position?
