Tightly held by institutions, hard to followed, very much manipulated by big guys, Mark Vale is involved, recently a corporate finance guy has been added to the board, these are the descriptions of the stock i can think of.
Something big must be going on. If it passes through 14.5 cents then looks very promising. I am looking for long-term to claim capital gains.
