Sorry, my mistake. What I said above, only applies when you exercise/convert RRSO.
If you buy RRSO, hold for over 1 year and sell RRSO, you should be eligible for the CGT discount.
And don't forget the FIFO (first in, first out) rule for those trading or topping up along the way.
