I don't think there are villagers camping on the pit and if anything BF is riskier than Ghana - but you can't compare GRY too much to any one stock. Even though resource similar at 2n oz NMG now a producer so not really comparable to GRY. Point is GRY has $300m yet to spend so very highly leveraged into bullishness on pog. 69c still reflects over $500m with the $300m spent. So lot depends fir GRY on golden good management and high pog.
