Some shareholders put in their claim of the previous directors...

Some shareholders put in their claim of the previous directors misleading them in purchasing BNB shares.

But it is weird that the claim is taken so seriously by the liquidator, since there is no information to show that those shareholders have applied to the court to establish claim. If the claim by those shareholders can be justified, we noteholders can also put in the similar claim of the previous directors misleading us in purchasing the notes.


The payment of the proposed dividends to the noteholders has been delayed for almost 3 months so far.
