I contacted Deloitte, the contributors checks should be issued in the first two weeks of May. as long as you sent back your forms.

So if you paid $400, you should expect back $4,400. Not bad!

The rest, which are the dividends, is delayed because of the legal inquiries Deloitte has to make. it is anticipated to take some "month", no exact time line though.
