Petunia, the barefaced audacity displayed by Finch and McKay in seeking these so called "performance rights" has upset many shareholders, not only IronClad Mining shareholders but Trafford Resources shareholders as well.
Their shamelessness in their treatment of shareholders is only compounded by their arrogance in refusing to communicate with shareholders who have written to the company and raised concerns about the proposals.
Then again, how do you reply? How do you defend the indefensible? What can they really say? We deserve them? We are entitled to them? The proposals were approved by an independent renumeration committee after rigorous performance goals had already been achieved?
You won't get me worked up again for a good reason.
Why?
Because I'm just as disheartened by the greediness shown by these two directors today as I was on the day of the announcement and, I know for a fact, there's plenty of shareholders out there who share the same feeling.
