It's a bit ridiculous to think they could, or would want to completely stop imports of formula into China at exactly the time they are causing a baby boom?

I read one stat saying only 16% of urban Chinese mothers are breastfeeding at 6months (rural is more like 30%, but less of a market for expensive imported formula), in Hong Kong it's about 3% and Simgapore 1%!
