Pat - I am not agreeing with you - the point of the post doesnt even have anything stock specific to PLV.
It is the principal of suing a shelf company based in BVI who's only know asset in Australia are shares in public listed companies and the fact that those shares can be liquidated in 3 days thus removing any Aussie based assets that could be held as security for a civil lawsuit.
As Chubbs said it could take years - What if Timeone didnt have any shares in PLV but has stock in BHP instead could PLV get acess to the BHP stock as surety for any legal action against the breach of contract on cockatoo ?
