    i think that is the fav scenario..
    my book says;

    extension of talks with interested 3rd parties - $1.60
    renegotiated deal with timeone/ss&t - $2.50
    renegotiated deal with timeone/ss&t + 3rd party - $8
    no deal & cockatoo gone - $12
