i'm nibbling on MGX..

re: Timeone, this deal is for Cockatoo island project, a JV.
So the JV partner doesnt have to have any beneficiation capacity/connections as Cockatoo at present is only DSO related.

There has been no talk of Timeone NOT doing Irvine, albeit they will now have to go away and come up with the $12.66million to complete the remaining batch of PLV shares, OR they could sit at 20% obviously that deal would then have to be re-jigged after the JV goes through..

alot of speculation anyway lets see what falls out in the coming days, its crucial we get going, realise savings from Cockatoo and get some cash in the door for Irvine expenses and become a 'producer'.

in the end Timeone have failed to bring in a financial partner as per our agreement (TWICE FAILED) so if they come out of this worse off thats their fair whack hopefully they can screw ss&t now, and as for that malignant organisation ss&t expect another expletive laden email on what i think of you..
