There are many ways of investing but to say " buy and hold" is lazy ????
The wealthiest man in the world is from the "buy and hold" league and suggests if you dont feel comfortable holding a satke in a company for 10 years you should never invest in it in the first place.

Personally i short term trade and for fun i day play as well, but i do hold BHP and various bank shares from when i was 21 (42now)

You would be amazed at the advantages of having a "buy and hold" section in your share market wealth strategy. Best to look at all avenues i say :))))
