I am new to this stock. Has anyone looked at it from a price value equation looking at it versus some of or a similar competitor. Is 55c taking in an as yet offer to come. many allude to that but no-one has really pointed to a proper underlying valuation based upon what is known versus what may be under the ground still to be found.

My rough calculations suggested that it was undervalued given what is known but I am a relative newby in O&G.
