asf, dont mean to be a downer all the time, and as I have said before I appreciate the need for alternate views. But just reading an Australian article re currency and confession season and got me thinking re the IFM buyback. I wonder if the share buyback announcement is preparatory ahead of guidance which may cause the share price to go down. I say this because the share price is not particularly low given its trading in the past 6 months, and USD is now $1.09 and as I have mentioned before this is very bad for IFM looking into 2012. Just an alternative view worth a thought. rgds relaxan
